    Analysis and positioning

    We study collection, pricing and competitors to find the channels and countries the brand can realistically enter.

  2. 02Month 1—2

    Buyer selection

    We build the list of relevant stores and qualify them with dedicated telemarketing.

  3. 03Month 2—4

    Selling in showroom and on tour

    Showroom appointments and Fashion Tour stops: orders collected and confirmed with the manufacturer.

  4. 04Month 4—12

    Orders, invoices, reorders

    We handle job orders, invoicing and due dates, and keep the reorder channel open.

The sample range travels to the store.

Pop-up showrooms in the cities where buyers already work. Scheduled appointments, no trade fair to cross.
