The garment and the quantities
We go through the garment you have in mind, the materials, how many pieces you need and which market they are going to: that tells us which manufacturer makes sense and what the label will have to say.

Prototype and sign-off
The manufacturer makes the sample and you hold it in your hands. You confirm or correct before the run starts, which is when correcting is still cheap.

Job order and inspection
The job order is followed through to the end, and the goods are inspected before they leave the manufacturer: measurements, stitching, colour, packing.
